Charity at the End of Time
Donations are open!Charity at the End of Time (CATEOT) is an annual charity event held each October and hosted by Twitch streamers. It raises awareness and funds for Dementia Australia, helping people affected by dementia and supporting further research into the disease.Inspired by The Caretaker's "Everywhere at the End of Time,” a six-album experimental music series that artistically explores the stages of dementia. The beautifully bizarre album artwork of which is illustrated by Ivan Seal.
Here's what it's all about and what we're doing this year:
Beyond our usual weekend streaming event, we're accepting music submissions to showcase. The theme is video game music in the style of The Caretaker. There's more info on the Discord if you wish to learn more about it.
Anyway, #CATEOT 2026 is this Friday, 23 October at 10 pm AEDT for a pre-event stream on SeanTheExtraGuy's Twitch with a yearly introduction to the event, followed by a listening of "Nowhere at the Millennium of Space" while playing a Majora's Mask Randomizer with the mirrored option enabled and some special charity incentives.
The event officially starts Saturday, 24 October at 6am AEDT.
So we invite you to join the Discord channel, support our initiative for Dementia Australia through Tiltify, and to support the streamers on Twitch hosting the "raid train" for 3 days, culminating in a listening party of The Caretaker's 'An Empty Bliss Beyond this World' & 'Everywhere at the End of Time'.The streamers featured in this year's raid train event:
